Jake Nelson is a singer/songwriter from St. Paul Minnesota. He has been making a splash in the local music scene since 2015, playing gigs in the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs. April 2015 He released his first full-length self written, produced, recorded and mastered album "Full Swing". Jake loves the studio as much as he loves the stage. He has been in the studio working on his debut studio album with friend and fellow producer Damien Jungroth which was released June 25th 2017.
Inspired by artists ranging from Frank Sinatra to Phil Collins to Dustin Lynch, Jake's style is a unique blend of alternative, country, mixed with a little Jake. His original songs stem from experiences of love , friendship, and simple living. He's opened for national artists: Thompson Square, Rodney Atkins, Dylan Scott, The Swon Brothers, Clare Dunn, and Dylan Jakobsen as well as talented Twin Cities-based bands like Maiden Dixie, Hitchville, and The Plott Hounds.
Jake is starting to get recognized as a serious artist with the help of loyal fans, YouTube subscribers and through his live performances. He
